Topshop blazer; Creatures of Comfort shorts (similar here); Karen Walker blouse & necklace; Isabel Marant heels

I'm possibly obsessed with short suits. Just a little. Okay so that's a lie. I've spent most of the summer trying to grab any opportunity where I can pair some shorts with a similar coloured blazer, or, as luck would have it after purchasing a sample piece, a matching blazer and shorts together.

There's something about the way a fluid pair of cuffed shorts, paired with a blazer and silk blouse can look professional, yet is equally appropriate for a few drinks with friends apres work, that draws me to the silhouette. Or perhaps I'm just having a shorts moment.

    Thanks, I like my haircut too! I totally would have picked up some Jason Wu for you if my store had it, haha, but yes it's good for your wallet that you didn't ;) I'm returning some of my stuff because I spent too much... :(

    I wore my Chanel to get dinner on Thursday and will probably use it this Sunday when I go out with my roommate for the day.
