Happy Easter! I hope that you have all been enjoying your long weekend. Unlike originally forecast, we've had stellar weather, you would almost think it was still summer, so I'm enjoying wearing sandals while I still can. Needless to say, its slightly put out plans to stay in, drink wine and watch old episodes of Greys Anatomy and an onslaught of movies. As a Greek Orthodox, I won't be celebrating Easter with my family until next weekend, but that doesn't mean I can't share in the Easter joy this weekend. I've probably eaten a little too much chocolate, and a few too many corn chips with guacamole, but four-day weekends don't come around too often so may as well indulge while I have the chance.
